I immediately was put at ease with Andrew. I can’t praise him enough. I came out to be able to hear all the traffic and it felt wonderful. Originally went to unblock one ear because after I put drops in it as suggested I was living almost in a world without sound. When I went today he did both my ears he is so patient took his time and was so reassuring throughout. I can’t praise him enough thank you Andrew.

Thank you to Andrew for the excellent service yesterday at Portobello Surgery. It was a relaxed and friendly ear wax removal on both ears (including removing a dome from one ear!) and the difference is incredible as I can now hear the tv at normal volume without my hearing aids.

Having had a blocked ear for a few months and not been able to put up with it any longer I decided to find an ear practitioner, Within about 10 minutes, my ear was completely clear. It was painless and Andrew was lovely and very knowledgeable would definitely recommend . Would definitely go again if the need arises

My mum had a home call due to on going dizziness. Andrew was very nice and helped reassure my mum as she was nervous. However unfortunately removing the wax did not work and my mum's dizziness continues.

Andrew worked very efficiently and gently with my 104 year old dad. He removed a great deal of wax from both ears with the result that Dad's hearing aid is no longer whistling and he can hear a lot better.

I’m a drummer and was looking for ear plugs that would take the edge off the onstage volume but still give me clarity of sound for playing. I went to see Andrew and he recommended the custom earplugs from ACS which have a range of filters.
The turnaround was very quick and the results were exactly what I was looking for! I can hear everything I need to very clearly but really reduces the peaks in volume which makes playing so much more comfortable on the ears!
I couldn't recommend qb earcare highly enough. Andrew knows his stuff and is friendly and super helpful!

First time I have had ear wax removed and it was long overdue. Despite the volume of wax that had built up over the years the procedure was over in 30 minutes. I felt completely comfortable throughout and there is a marked improvement in my hearing. Would strongly recommend this treatment and qb earcare
