Our charge for ear wax removal is £55 for one ear, £65 for two, regardless of which method is used. The method, and whether it's one ear or both ears, will be agreed with you prior to going ahead with the procedure.
 
Home visits are available – these cost slightly more, exactly how much is dependent on where you are located. Please enquire for details. 

What if there's no wax in my ears?

If no (or very little) wax is found in the ear, then we will discuss with you why you might have been feeling "blocked up", and advise on what to do next. The charge in this instance is £25.

If there is some wax in the ear, but it's not fully occluding the ear canal, we will discuss with you whether to go ahead with removing it, and proceed only with your consent.

What if it takes more than one appointment?

If we are unable to clear the wax in one appointment (normal duration 30 minutes) then the charge will be £55. Any subsequent appointments required will be charged at £25.

Is there a charge for a missed appointment?

Yes, we charge £25 for a no-show. Please note that if you call to cancel the appointment this charge will be waived. And if you rebook for ear wax removal within 2 months we will deduct the £25 from the charge at that appointment.
